Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 2–4 business days of being placed. During Ramadan, Eid, and other peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes — we'll always keep you updated via WhatsApp or email.

We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15 across the UAE for orders below AED 150, regardless of the emirate.

Yes! Orders over AED 150 qualify for free delivery anywhere in the UAE. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart reaches this amount.

Many of our journals and planners can be personalized with a name, initials, or custom cover. Simply check the option to personalize on the product page before adding to cart. We will be reaching you on the WhatsApp number provided during checkout to get the customization details.

Personalized items are made to order, so please allow an additional 2–3 business days for preparation on top of our standard delivery time. If you need an item by a specific date (for a gift or event), let us know via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Each month, we curate a themed package inspired by a different place across the UAE, including a personal letter, stickers, post card with original artwork, bookmark and other small treasures connected to that destination. Subscribers receive a new mail every month, delivered straight to their door.

Here's how our monthly cycle works:

• Order by the 25th of the month to be included in the next month's batch.
• Boxes are packed and shipped on the 28th.
• Delivery takes 4–5 business days from the ship date.
• If you subscribe after the 25th, your first box will be next to next month's issue instead.

You can pre-order for 3 months or 6 months. For 3 Months and 6 Months, the delivery charges are included in the price and hence might look more expensive. But in fact, it is the same cost.

All online payments are processed securely through our checkout.

• A photo of the item and its packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once we've reviewed your message, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Our goal is to make this right as quickly as possible.
